Warranty and RMA Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on warranty and RMA policy. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Free Return and Refund Policy Generator.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Origo Ltd, No. 67, Ln. 268, Zhongfeng Rd., Longtan Dist., Taoyuan City, Taiwan (R.O.C.).

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Origo, accessible from https://www.origo.tw

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Origo.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Origo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Origo will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Origo is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

RMA Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. Products must be purchased directly from our company or an authorized reseller.
  2. The RMA request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  3. The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Step before the Returning Goods

  1. RMA Request:
  • To initiate an RMA request, customers must contact our customer support team by phone or email.
  • Provide the original order number, product details, and a detailed description of the issue or reason for return.
  • Our customer support team will review the request and provide further instructions.
  1. Evaluation and Approval:
  • Upon receiving the RMA request, our technical support team will evaluate the eligibility and determine if the product qualifies for return.
  • In some cases, troubleshooting steps may be provided to resolve minor issues before accepting the return.
  • If the product is eligible for return, an RMA number will be issued along with further instructions for shipping the product back to us.

The Returning

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Inspection and Resolution

Once the returned product is received, our technicians will inspect it to verify its condition and identify any issues.

  • If the product is found to be defective or non-functional, a replacement will be provided, subject to product availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Note:  Conditions for Non-Qualifying Returns

  • Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including those damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications, may not qualify for return.
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified and offered alternative options, such as repair services or out-of-warranty support.

 

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If a store credit is issued, it can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store, as applicable.

We strive to keep customers informed throughout the RMA process, providing updates on the status of the return and any relevant resolutions or actions taken.
