Description
OMCG20SC-BXD is a WDM media converter with one 1000Base-T port and one 1000Base-LX with SC connector for single-mode fiber cable (up to 20 km).
The ORIGO OMCG20SC-BXD media converter converts a twisted-pair 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet connection to a fiber 1000Base-LX Gigabit Ethernet connection.
OMCG20SC-BXD supports WDM technology and works in pair with OMCG20SC-BXU. The devices provide data reception and transmission at a distance of up to 20 km over one single-mode fiber cable using two different wavelengths. OMCG20SC-BXD transmits data over fiber strand using 1550 nm wavelengh and receives data using 1310 nm wavelength.
