Description
The OPE302GE is a 2-port Gigabit Power over Ethernet extender compliant with IEEE 802.3af (PoE), 802.3at (PoE+), and 802.3bt (PoE++) standards.
The ORIGO OPE302GE PoE extender boosts the data and power transmission distance from a PoE switch or PoE injector to connected devices up to 200 m. Two output ports allow two PoE devices to be connected simultaneously at a remote site without intermediate power points or additional switches.
Support for all contemporary PoE standards (802.3af/at/bt) and an output power capacity of up to 63W² ensure seamless interoperability with virtually any PoE-compliant device ‒ from standard office IP phones to high power PTZ cameras with built in heaters. PoE devices are detected automatically. Two independent PoE OFF/ON DIP switches allow an extender to be used for connecting non-PoE devices by simply disabling power on the required port.
The OPE302GE is designed to operate across a wide temperature range of -40 to 65°C, making it suitable for installation in unheated indoor environments. All ports feature 6 kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, ensuring robust immunity to induced voltage surges. Its rugged metal housing provides enhanced resistance to physical damage, while the integrated wall-mounting brackets allow for flexible and convenient placement in virtually any location.
