Description
The ORIGO OS6208 is a high-performance L2 managed switch with 8 x 1000/2.5G/5G/10GBase-T ports.
The ORIGO OS6208 is recommended for building of the networks of communications providers and small and medium enterprises that need a modern 10-Gigabit solution at level of aggregation with functions that provide security, access control, fault-tolerance and quality of service.
The OS6208 supports a static routing, Port Security, 802.1X authentication, ACL, traffic segmentation via 802.1Q VLAN, Voice VLAN and Multicast VLAN. IGMP/MLD Snooping function allows to operate with multicasting applications effectively, and QoS is used to provide a priority transmission of multimedia traffic.
To increase performance and resiliency, the OS6208 supports Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), the redundant connections by means of STP/RSTP/MSTP, and ERPS, providing fast network recovery if one of the ring links fails.
The OS6208 is managed through Command Line Interface (CLI), SNMP and Web-based interface.
